"In continued effort to provide the best possible hosting experience, we will soon be performing an upgrade on our outbound mail system. This update is scheduled to happen in one week, and will affect all e-mail accounts on your server.  To most users, the only noticeable change will be more reliable e-mail delivery.  To very few customers,
this change may cause a temporary inability to send messages.  The good news is that this temporary inability is entirely preventable!

For over a year, we have encouraged customers who use an e-mail client such as Outlook or Apple's Mail to use authentication when connecting to us via SMTP to send a message. This helps ensure reliable e-mail delivery for all customers who are on a server.
Starting one week from today, this will be required for all outbound mail communication. For customers who have not yet enabled this option in their e-mail clients, or are unsure whether they are using outbound e-mail authentication, we have developed an entire
collection of video tutorials which demonstrate how to do this.  Please visit the following link for detailed steps relating to your favorite e-mail program."
